Letter
The tiel I'm feeding is in between 5 and 6 wks old, well I have noticed that her droppings have
become watery, she has normal droppings but there seems to be water around them, she also always
sits in the water in the bottom of the cage i have for her and uses the bathroom in it, the
droppings are solid at times it seems and watery at times, any problems there?? she eats well,
i feed her with syringe, she eats 1 to 1/2 of a syringe each feed 3x a day, The green cheek is
down to sometimes only 1/2 of a syringe twice a day, hes 8 wks and hes eating a lot of mullet
and picking at seed a lot as well.

It's good that you're paying such close attention to detail but I wouldn't worry too much about
it. There are tons of things that can affect droppings, food especially. Pellets and fruits
will change the color and consistency of droppings. The only thing I'd worry about is if the
droppings contain undigested food or blood. Your baby maybe getting more liquid in it's diet.
